Usui Reiki Class – Level 1

Reiki is a method that channels life energy in order to balance and harmonize all aspects of being, increase the capacity of vital energy, strengthen the body’s defenses, improve health and quality of life. The method originates from Japan, so the Reiki name means universal (Rei) life energy (Ki). The class lasts 1 day (8 hours). The first level of Usui Reiki class is aimed at performing self-treatment, i.e. self-healing. At the first level, we learn how to work with universal life energy. Registrations are mandatory and are made through the registration form.
