The main condition for attending the class is your interest in the Reiki skill. The first level of the Usui Reiki class is aimed at performing self-treatment, ie self-healing. We can help those closest to us, but it is advisable to do so after completing the second level. We can also use Reiki to help animals or plants. At the first level, our potential is growing, because at this level we learn how to work with universal life energy.

The following cannot be initiated in the first level of Usui Reiki:

• people who have a built-in pacemaker,
• people who have psychotic episodes, mental disorders, all types of schizophrenia,
• pregnant women.

If you use insulin, certain precautions are needed. After the first level of the Usui Reiki class, the practitioner will go through a cleansing (detoxification) that lasts 21 days.

At the first level of the Usui Reiki class, you will learn:

• the basics of Reiki,
• history of Reiki,
• Reiki principles,
• about the energy system,
• about the cleaning process,
• Reiki activation,
• formulation of intention,
• hand positions,
• about the treatment of another person,
• about Reiki and modern medicine,
• about using Reiki in everyday life,
• additional techniques after completing the first level (working with plants, animals, water, etc.).

At the first level of the Usui Reiki class, you will get:

• certificate of completion of the first level of Usui Reiki,
• manual for the first level,
• support and consultation with a Reiki master.
